LICENSING INFORMATION
The course we offer is the state approved real estate salesperson pre-licensing course. Once you complete the course and pass the state exam, you may apply for your Real Estate Salesperson License. The state of Wisconsin requires you to be at least 18 years of age to apply for your license. The Salesperson License enables you to work for any Brokerage firm in the state. If you are interested in working with Shorewest Realtors, you are welcome to interview with any of our sales directors. This can be done either before or after you sign up for classes.

DVD COURSES
Home Study programs are available on audio DVD’s. This class allows you to complete the course at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. The audio DVD course requires a refundable deposit on the DVD’s in addition to the tuition.

FEE & PAYMENT
The course fee includes your books and materials. Payment is due upon enrollment as all your materials are delivered at this time.
